Terms & conditions
The practical terms that support clear, reliable photo booth hire.
Bookings and Deposits
A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your package price. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date. We reserve the right to treat a booking as cancelled if the balance is not received by this deadline.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel more than 60 days before your event, any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full (the deposit itself is non-refundable, as it secures your date and attendant). Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before the event forfeit 50% of the balance paid. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable in full, as we are unlikely to be able to rebook the date.
Venue Access and Setup
You are responsible for confirming that your venue permits a photo booth, and for providing adequate space, a stable power supply, and safe, clear access for our attendant to set up and pack down (typically 45–60 minutes each way). Any venue-imposed access restrictions, parking charges or additional access time should be communicated to us in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Equipment and Liability
Our equipment is PAT tested and we carry public liability insurance; a copy of our certificate is available on request. We are not liable for delays or equipment issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (see Force majeure, below). Guests using the booth do so at their own risk, and we ask that any props are used sensibly and returned at the end of the event.
Image Usage
Photographs taken at your event may be used in our portfolio, website and social media for marketing purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing before your event. Your private online gallery remains accessible only to those with the album password, and is never shared publicly without your consent.
Private Galleries and Data
Gallery access is protected using album-specific sessions, and passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than plain text. Galleries remain available for the period stated at booking (or as shown on your gallery page), after which photographs may be archived or removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how personal information is handled.
Print Orders and Delivery
Print orders placed through your gallery are fulfilled after your event and are subject to the pricing and delivery options shown at checkout. Postal delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once an order has been dispatched.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue closure, illness, or other events that could not reasonably have been foreseen. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule wherever possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This page is a structured starting template, not final legal advice, and should be reviewed by a qualified UK legal professional before being relied upon commercially.
